Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage user data and feedback to guide and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups for a variety of digital products.
- Enhance PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual impact optimizing layouts flow and design consistency to effectively communicate key messages through usercentered design principles.
- Design and create engaging newsletter templates that are visually appealing userfriendly and aligned with brand guidelines focusing on clear messaging and optimal engagement across different devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Establish and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that reflects the teams brand.
- Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Design and implement interactive elements ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Partner with developers to implement and refine interactive components ensuring feasibility and quality.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.

Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.
- Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in conducting user research to understand user needs behaviors and pain points.
