Job Description
HM Note: This hybrid role is three (3) days in office
Responsibilities:
Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the clients service specifications standards policies best practices and cost models in order to meet client application business requirement and project/initiative deliverables. and nbsp;
General Skills: and nbsp;
Knowledge of integrated networking technologies mainframe midrange server enterprise storage and SAN and personal computer system technologies and nbsp;
Knowledge of related best practices OPS directory/messaging standards standard facilities infrastructure/architecture management facility service delivery processes infrastructures policies procedures and direction cost models and procurement processes and nbsp;
Ability to gather client business requirements; corporate I and amp;IT information mandates client information technology strategic plans environment and standards and nbsp;
Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short/long term solution service development activities. and nbsp;
Knowledge of leading edge technologies design criteria security and recovery procedures preparation of technical specifications for installation testing and performance of integrated multiservices systems; assess performance and capacity of existing system making recommendations for improving performance and develop technical documentation. and nbsp;
Experience planning migrating implementing and sustaining large complex system development projects and nbsp;
Knowledge of technology developments trends and new products to evaluated application to client short and long term technology requirements. and nbsp;
Basic knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK) analytical tools and processes. and nbsp;
Conceptual and analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs and conduct cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning and designing solutions. and nbsp;
Experience designing and developing large complex highly available mission critical server applications and nbsp;
Experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions technical performance and capacity of existing systems and determine need and feasibility of expansion renovation or replacement and nbsp;
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills verbal and written communication skills interpersonal skills and negotiation skills team work skills and nbsp;
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Technical Solution and Development Skills 40 % and nbsp;
- At least 7 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies and nbsp;
- Experience with developing business design document functional and amp; non functional requirements and nbsp;
- Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements. and nbsp;
- Experience in developing functional design document and nbsp;
- Experience in creating detailed process flows developing highlevel screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions and nbsp;
- Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA) and nbsp;
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing and nbsp;
- Experience developing user personas and user journey maps and nbsp;
- Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points and nbsp;
- Experience creating wire frames and highfidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD and nbsp;
- Experience researching and applying industry best practices and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system) identifying and documenting business rules and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience with creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases and nbsp;

- Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies and nbsp;
- 7 years of experience in Siebel or Adobe AEM Solution implementation and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies scenarios plans for user acceptance testing (UAT) and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts and nbsp;
- Demonstrated experience with rational unified process (RUP) and nbsp;
- Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD (create read update delete) matrix and nbsp;
- Experience with developing application screen mockups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype and nbsp;

Must Haves:
- At least 7 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies and nbsp;
- 7 years of experience in Siebel or Adobe AEM Solution implementation and nbsp; highlighting actual working experience in the technologies of Seibel and Adobe
- Experience with developing business design document functional and amp; non functional requirements and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Experience in developing functional design document and nbsp;
