We are looking for a and nbsp;Senior UX Designer and nbsp;to drive usercentered design across our digital products and platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate user research into actionable design solutions creating cohesive accessible and innovative user experiences. The ideal candidate is a seasoned UX professional with strong expertise in user research interaction design and information architecture capable of leading design projects from concept through to final implementation. and nbsp;
Key Responsibilities: and nbsp;
- UX Strategy and Design Leadership: Define and lead the UX design strategy for new and existing products ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. and nbsp;
- User Research and amp; Testing: Conduct and oversee user research initiatives including interviews usability testing surveys and analytics reviews to understand user needs and inform design decisions. and nbsp;
- Wireframing and amp; Prototyping: Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. Collaborate with UI designers to refine visual and interactive elements. and nbsp;
- Information Architecture: Organize content and information to ensure users can navigate and find information intuitively aligning with best practices for accessibility and usability. and nbsp;
- Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to incorporate technical requirements iterate on designs and deliver seamless product experiences. and nbsp;
- Advocacy for UserCentered Design: Champion UX best practices and a userfirst approach across the organization providing insights into industry trends and evolving design standards. and nbsp;
- Accessibility and Inclusive Design: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards optimizing for diverse user needs and promoting an inclusive user experience. and nbsp;

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Required Qualifications: and nbsp;
- Education: and nbsp;
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) Psychology or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in UX design are a plus. and nbsp;
- Experience: and nbsp;
- 7 years of experience in UX design preferably with a portfolio that demonstrates success in designing complex and scalable digital solutions. and nbsp;
- Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods. and nbsp;
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and experience designing for diverse user needs. and nbsp;
- Technical Skills: and nbsp;
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD Axure or similar. and nbsp;
- Knowledge of user research and analytics tools (e.g. UserTesting Optimal Workshop Google Analytics Hotjar). and nbsp;
- Understanding of frontend development basics (HTML CSS) to communicate effectively with development teams. and nbsp;
- Soft Skills: and nbsp;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to nondesign stakeholders. and nbsp;
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail. and nbsp;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects delivering highquality work within deadlines. and nbsp;
Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD Axure or similar.
- Knowledge of user research and analytics tools (e.g. UserTesting Optimal Workshop Google Analytics Hotjar).
- Proven experience managing largescale multiphase projects with a track record of ontime and onbudget delivery. and nbsp;
