Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting cleaning and transforming data for analysis
• Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and identify trends and patterns
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
• Conduct adhoc analysis to address specific business questions and requirements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to strengthen data analytics skills
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of data management processes
• Assist in identifying data quality issues and recommend solutions for improvement
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
• Support the identification of KPIs and metrics to measure business performance
• Assist in creating data visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to datadriven discussions and decisions
• Assist in testing and validating data models and analysis methods

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with statistical analysis and related tools
• Basic programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings to nontechnical stakeholders
• Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail
• Experience with data querying and reporting tools
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts
