Role Overview:
We are looking for a person with strong entrepreneurial potential with a background and passion for developing business from scratch. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about driving growth and scaling businesses. The CoFounder will be responsible for building and executing a robust sales strategy developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Role Description:
  • We are seeking a CoFounder / Chief Growth Officer to join our team with stake in our company and able to run without fixed income for next 1218 months.
  • This is a full time remote role but should have flexibility to visit potential clients.
  • The Cofounder will be responsible for driving sales as primary responsibility along with managing the companys growth strategy and business development and marketing initiatives.
  • This role involves 70% Sales 10% Marketing & Business Development 20% Operations and Other functions as required.
  • The Cofounder need to balance bigpicture thinking with the daytoday tasks that go into building a successful organization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop and execute gotomarket strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor financial performance ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Willing to work with passion and dedication and not just as a 95 job.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 1012 years of experience in IT sales and business development with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth for SMB Clients.
  • Should have Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks and a passion for innovation.
  • Must have Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Should demonstrate ability to think outside the box.
  • Should be a resultsoriented individual with a strong will to win.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
