Job Description
We are working with a biotech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior Architect Product Security to join their Singapore team.
Looking for a Product Security Architect/Sr Architect to lead security initiatives for its medical instruments and connected software. The role involves driving secure design and development ensuring cybersecurity measures throughout the product lifecycle and integrating security into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering development and quality teams to ensure secure premarket and postmarket solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead secure design initiatives partnering with development teams.
- Introduce and ensure implementation of security requirements at system and software levels.
- Conduct and guide threat modeling cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Perform penetration testing and facilitate various cybersecurity tests (e.g. nMap Wireshark Kali Linux OpenVAS).
- Ensure compliance with OWASP Top 10 Web Application Vulnerabilities.
- Mentor verification teams and collaborate with stakeholders to improve security integration within SDLC.
Requirements:
- Expertise in application/product security software development and secure design.
- Proficiency in security domains (e.g. platform network and application security).
- Knowledge of programming languages and experience with security tools (nMap Wireshark OpenVAS).
- Familiarity with medical devices or regulated industries is preferred.
- Certifications like CISSP CISM CSSLP or OSCP are advantageous.
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or relevant experience.
