The University is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our Architecture Department as an Associate Professor. The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Architecture and demonstrate excellence in teaching research and service. Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver highquality undergraduate and graduate courses in architecture. Develop course materials lead lectures and facilitate studio sessions that inspire and challenge students.
Research: Conduct cuttingedge research in architecture with a focus on contributing to academic knowledge and practical applications. Publish research findings in peerreviewed journals and present at conferences.
Student Mentorship: Provide academic advising and mentorship to students guiding them in their academic and professional development. Supervise graduate theses and projects.
Curriculum Development: Participate in the ongoing development and refinement of the architecture curriculum to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the profession and the industry.
Service: Engage in departmental university and professional service including committee participation student recruitment and collaboration with industry partners.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues across disciplines to foster an interdisciplinary approach to architectural education and research. Qualifications:
Education: B.Arch M.Arch Ph.D.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching at the university level and a strong research portfolio.
Skills: Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills. Ability to inspire and engage students.
Research Portfolio: A robust record of published research presentations and creative work in architecture. Should have Book and Research Publications.
