Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Research Associate to join our growing team. As a Research Associate you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from identifying potential candidates researching market trends candidate profiles talent mapping and industry insights .
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and delivering exceptional service.
- Advise clients on job descriptions market conditions and recruitment best practices.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- FullCycle Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including posting job adverts shortlisting candidates conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Coordinate the interview process between candidates and clients ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Research & Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends candidate profiles and market conditions to ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with current and future talent demands.
- Provide clients with datadriven insights on candidate availability salary benchmarks and recruitment strategies.
- Stay uptodate on evolving recruitment technologies tools and techniques to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and advise clients on competitive compensation packages.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and actively engage in client acquisition efforts.
- Promote recruitment services through networking cold calling and attending industry events.
- Build a strong network of potential clients and candidates to generate future business.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions candidate profiles and recruitment activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation in any field
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in Executive search recruitment and research.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in relevant roles and successfully managing client relationships.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and social media platforms.
- Experience conducting research and market analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
