Twoss is official counselling partner with various institute like IIT Kanpur IIT Delhi IIT Kharagpur and IIT Bombay and Amity Univertsity also we are channel partner with several ed tech platform like UnAcademy Physics wallha & more apart from this we also offer several in house skill courses to Junior and secondary level students.
Tasks
Lead Generation through social Platforms.
Candidates counselling through virtual meet or telephonic communication.
Selling Courses.
Assisting HR department in Hiring and Onboarding Process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales business development or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Technical Requirements:
- Access to a personal laptop with a stable internet connection.
- A quiet and distractionfree workspace.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Mandatory:
- A strong desire to pursue higher education specifically an MBA.
