Role Overview: As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for delivering topnotch support to our customers in their preferred language ( Czech Polish Dutch or German). Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions with efficiency and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech Polish Dutch or German (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Customeroriented mindset
- Prior experience in customer or technical support is advantageous but not required
