Job Description
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (OnSite)
An innovative company in the medical technology field is seeking an experienced and engineeringoriented Technical Project Manager. This role is critical to driving new product campaigns from conception through to serial manufacturing ensuring compliance with industry standards and risk minimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee projects from initial research through product development integration and serial manufacturing. Manage timelines budgets and resources to ensure ontime delivery.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project specifications and technical requirements.
Utilize a strong technical background in hardware engineering with software engineering as a plus to guide the development process and ensure product quality.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and medical device standardization including knowledge of quality control systems ISO standards and other relevant frameworks.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team fostering collaboration and maintaining high project standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or etc. is a plus).
Strong foundation in hardware engineering; software engineering experience is beneficial.
Proven experience in technical project management within the manufacturing industry or similar.
Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Familiarity with medical regulations quality control standards and the developmenttoproduction pipeline is highly advantageous though not mandatory.
