Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process including screening resumes scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Help manage employee records including onboarding documents contracts and personal information.
  • Support the HR department with tasks such as updating internal databases tracking leave and attendance and preparing HR reports.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions workshops and performance evaluations.
  • Handle general HRrelated inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance.
  • Help with payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
  • Assist in organizing company events meetings and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude willingness to learn and teamoriented mindset.
