Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process including screening resumes scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help manage employee records including onboarding documents contracts and personal information.
- Support the HR department with tasks such as updating internal databases tracking leave and attendance and preparing HR reports.
- Coordinate employee training sessions workshops and performance evaluations.
- Handle general HRrelated inquiries from employees and provide timely assistance.
- Help with payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping records.
- Assist in organizing company events meetings and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and teamoriented mindset.
