    The position we are hiring for is a Product Manager responsible for the development of new products.

    In the HR domain we are working on planning for further enhancement of our HR & Labor aiming for greater customer value and business growth as well as planning services that create new value beyond existing products like our HR & Labor. As a Product Manager in the HR domain you will define the development direction for both existing and new products driving product improvements and innovation. This role involves defining the direction the product should take based on customer understanding and being involved in deciding the development strategy.

    We are looking for someone who has experience driving new business development projects in a company with many people involved or has consulted with clients on problem identification and strategy formulation and is eager to open new domains.

    Detailed Job Responsibilities:

    • Design and conduct interviews and surveys to deepen customer understanding
    • Analyze product usage data
    • Organize and structure primary and secondary information collected during the problem exploration process to extract insights
    • Collaborate with designers and BizDev to validate prototypes
    • Formulate product roadmaps and specifications based on the business plan and strategy
    • Manage product development sprints
    • Collaborate with marketing sales and success teams to improve the product

Minimum Requirements

    • Over 1 year of experience in user research needs assessment etc.

Conditions / Benefits

Annual Salary:JPY

*The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.
