Detailed Responsibilities
- Identifying user issues in specific development projects
- Developing solutions to address user problems
- UI design for development projects
- Developing and promoting the design system

Requirements Definition
- Experience in user modeling including personas and journey mapping
- Building user stories
Design and Creation
- Practical experience in information architecture and UI design for web applications mobile apps and websites
Evaluation and Quality Assurance
- Experience in conducting usability tests (having users interact with prototypes to evaluate task completion)
