Job Description

We are hiring for our client Enlyst Staffing Solutions.

Overview:

The role of the US Recruiter is crucial in identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. The recruiter will play a key role in executing the recruitment strategy and maintaining a highquality candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment process including scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Utilize recruitment tools and software to streamline the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
  • Conduct thorough reference and background checks
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Manage multiple open positions and prioritize workload effectively
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
  • Experience with fullcycle recruiting including sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and software such as applicant tracking systems
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close offers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highvolume recruitment environment
  • Experience in candidate assessment and evaluation
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for talent acquisition
  • Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
