Job Description
- Act as the strategic HR partner to support the business in achieving its goals with a focus on retail loans and microfinance operations.
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives in talent management performance management employee engagement and retention.
- Travel extensively across South Indian branches to ensure HR processes and policies are implemented uniformly.
- Manage employee relations providing guidance on policy interpretation and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Work on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
- Indepth knowledge of the retail loans and microfinance industry preferably from MFIs or small finance banks.
- Proficient in multiple South Indian languages (Tamil Telugu Kannada Malayalam preferred).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Southern India.
