The HRBP for the Tech & Non Tech Vertical will act as a strategic partner to the Business team providing HR
guidance and support to achieve business objectives. This role involves implementing HR strategies managing employee relations and ensuring that the HR needs of the sales team are met effectively.
What You Will Do:
- The incumbent shall work and partner with the Tech & NonTech team to develop implement and drive results to ensure organizational effectiveness and productivity of the sales workforce
- This role includes increasing workforce capability and structure providing change leadership strategic headcount planning talent management performance reviews succession planning and supporting dayto day operations as well as ongoing process improvements across multiple departments under this Business Unit and all SubBusiness Units
- Provide management coaching to junior people managers in order to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
- You take part in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. You also follow up to ensure training objectives are met
- Review the sales policies incentive frameworks related processes rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices to ensure equitable performance from the sales unit as one
- Partner with engagement spoc from internal HR team and run the agenda on employee engagement with niche offerings for sales
- Responsible for the incoming talent assessment in partnership with recruiting partners end to end life cycle management
- Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching counselling career development disciplinary actions)
What You Will Need:
- 5 8 years of relevant business partnering experience for Tech & NonTech verticals
- Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication competencies.
- Strong comprehension of business product suite in the tech and product world metrics around topline and bottomline
- Leadership interfacing and advisory mindset
- To be able to positively influence without exerting authority for aligning peoples priorities with business goals
- Natural inclination towards data analysis mining and deal with statistical perspective for business problems
