Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 34 Months
Location: Victoria Island Lagos

About Company: Our client is a multinational Biotechnology company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of medical and diagnostics equipment with presence in 44 countries.

Job Summary: The Company is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Coordinator to oversee the successful relocation of our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the office relocation ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruption.
  • Conduct cost estimation and budgeting to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
  • Liaise with contractors suppliers and relevant stakeholders to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety legal and regulatory standards during the move.
  • Assess the quality of the new office space ensuring it matches or surpasses the current standards.
  • Manage project documentation including schedules reports and contracts.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and address any issues that arise during the transition.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects particularly office relocations.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost estimation and financial reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate with contractors suppliers and landlords to achieve favorable terms.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to address challenges that may arise during the relocation process.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Basic understanding of office layout design and equipment installation.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
