Job Description

This is a remote position.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Report Preparation: Pull skip tracing information and compile it into the correct report format. Each report should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct further analysis and inquiries to verify the accuracy of the information collected.
  • Pretext Calls: Make pretext calls to gather additional information and confirm details related to the cases.
  • Detail Confirmation: Confirm the accuracy and completeness of all information obtained through various means.
  • Report Updates: Regularly update and maintain detailed reports with the latest information gathered.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks including scheduling document management and communication with team members.



Requirements

SKILLS:

    Strong analytical and research skills.

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    Ability to make pretext calls in a professional and discreet manner.

    Proficiency in report writing and data entry.

    Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelors Degree in finance legal studies or related fields are advantageous.

    Previous experience in skip tracing collections or a related field is preferred.

    Familiarity with skip tracing tools and software is a plus.
