Requirements
Overview: The SAP Plant Maintenance Analyst is responsible for the configuration support and continuous improvement of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. This role involves direct collaboration with the client s MRO lead to ensure the effective utilization of SAP PM for managing plant maintenance activities optimizing equipment performance and enhancing overall plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PM Configuration and Support:
- Configure and maintain the SAP PM module to meet business requirements.
- Provide daily support to SAP PM users including troubleshooting issues and delivering training.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP PM processes and configurations.
Business Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the client s MRO lead to identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes using SAP PM.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend SAP PM solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP PM module.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management:
- Lead SAP PMrelated enhancements.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to complete endtoend testing and assess impacts on other modules.
Training and Documentation:
- Create and maintain user guides training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP PM.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep users updated on new features and best practices.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations standards and company policies related to maintenance and SAP PM.
- Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience working with the SAP PM module in a plant maintenance or IT environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PM configuration data management and reporting. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g. MM PP) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
