Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out internal and external communications on sustainability and CSR issues.
Develop tools / projects that allow company to expand deep in sustainability.
Determine the Different regulatory compliance requirements that affect the company.
Understand the environmental and regulatory compliance issues and implement new effective strategies.
Take Part in Internal and external social and sustainable audits.
Responsible for Annual Reporting in accordance to GRI standards.
Oversee and implement corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Implement monitor and report on company s environmental impact assessment as well as the total energy use and efficiency involved in producing a company s product.
Understand the environmental and regulatory compliance issues.
Responsible for data collection and Carbon calculation.
Ensure the Implementation of the sustainability and CSR system with different departments.
Conducting online research of environmental regulatory updates
Developing new environmental health & safety (EHS) corporate sustainability and CSR policies and procedures
Evaluating manufacturing facilities to understand how new safety procedures should be implemented into the flow of work
Conducting EHS sustainability training and CSR for employees managers or other stakeholders
Requirements
- B.Sc. In chemistry environmental Science / Engineering or other related field.
- Minimum 01 years of experience in environmental and sustainability Research.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels in organization.
- Have a background in CSR Initiatives.
- Have a high Knowledge of CSR and sustainability standards.
- Have a background in researching tools and reporting standards (GRI SASB etc).
- Knowledge of GHG Emissions and environmental Impact assessment.
- B2 in English.
