Tasks
- Manage customer documentation for billing purposes and resolve billing problems Comply with the invoicing and document processing targets set each month Checking and validating that all invoices are generated in accordance with the instructions received Checking and validating data and ensuring its correct entry into the system Organizing documents for delivery to patients and clients Supporting the sales department in resolving queries and obtaining data Contacting patients to alert them to expiry dates and renewing prescriptions Preparing and analyzing/validating lists requested by clients Monitoring and following up on prescription renewals to ensure compliance and withdrawals at the end of each treatment
Requirements
- You have a degree or compulsory secondary education 2 years experience in a similar role You consider yourself to be a person with a critical spirit dynamism and a vision of continuous improvement You have advanced knowledge of Excel and an analytical profile You speak fluent English and Spanish You enjoy communicating and have problemsolving skills
