Job Description

We are a prominent energy provider committed to delivering advanced sustainable energy solutions to homes and businesses across Portugal. Known for our dedication to customer satisfaction and innovative services were expanding our team in Porto and are looking for a Portuguesespeaking Sales Representative. This individual will help drive our growth by connecting with new clients and providing them with toptier service and solutions.

Position Summary:
Were on the lookout for a Portuguesespeaking Sales Representative who will work onsite at our Porto office. Ideal for someone with a natural ability to connect with others this role will involve directly communicating with prospective customers identifying their needs recommending suitable energy solutions and finalizing sales.

Experience in sales is beneficial but not essential; we value motivation willingness to learn and a servicefocused approach. This position is open only to candidates residing in Porto and offers a competitive salary extensive health and life insurance benefits plus a 3000 signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs provide information on our energy solutions and maintain highquality customer service throughout.
  • Product Guidance: Educate clients on our products and services tailoring recommendations to meet their specific energy needs.
  • Sales Goals: Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to convert prospects into customers helping the team reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends new products and competitive offerings to support sales efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies share insights and optimize customer interactions.
  • Feedback Contribution: Gather and share client feedback to help refine our sales approach and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Language: Proficient in Portuguese (nativelevel). Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous but not required.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Marketing or a related area is beneficial.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not mandatory. We value individuals eager to develop their skills and succeed in a sales career.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent speaking and listening skills with a talent for building rapport and delivering information effectively.
  • SalesDriven Attitude: Goalfocused persuasive and resilient; motivated by achieving results.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamfocused environment.
  • Local Requirement: Candidates must currently live in Porto as this is an inoffice role. Only local applicants will be considered.
