We are seeking Lead UX Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate Daily: Partner with the Lead Product Designer Product Managers Tech Leads and Business Owners to craft and iterate on intuitive engaging and impactful designs.
- Lead the Design Process: Shape user journeys by creating user flows wireframes prototypes and conduct user testing to ensure the highestquality customer experience.
- Design with Purpose: Deliver thoughtful simple and innovative UX solutions that motivate users and transform the shopping experience into a rewarding everyday habit.
- Champion the User: Uphold a usercentered approach throughout every design stage ensuring the integrity of the product experience aligns with both customer needs and business goals.
- Drive Innovation: Work with Product and Marketing to integrate cuttingedge technology and creative solutions into our platform.
- Creative Visionary: You think beyond the obvious and are excited to push the boundaries of whats possible in UX design.
- Strong Communicator: You re skilled at presenting ideas clearly and effectively with the ability to advocate for design solutions that meet user and business needs.

Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Graphic Design Interactive Design HumanComputer Interaction or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading UX design efforts for digital products with a portfolio showcasing user flows prototypes and testing methodologies.
- Ability to balance creative design with strategic business objectives.
- Expertise in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar platforms.
- A strong understanding of usercentered design principles usability and web standards.
- Experience in eCommerce or digital retail platforms is a plus.

5+ years of experience solving build, development, and implementation challenges using Informatica Power Center/IDMC, SQL and Teradata. Experience working in Agile methodology (SAFe) and familiarity with Jira. Knowledge of ETL/ELT. Data Warehouse Design, Data Modeling and Integration. Ability to maintain data quality through systematic approaches and methodologies (e.g. MDM) within supported data systems. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
