The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning and executing the social media program for the Group overseeing all social media channels and campaigns to drive engagement and awareness.
Social Media:
- Manage daytoday social media activity generate edit publish and share engaging content
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the Group talent marketing research to understand plans advise on the most effective channels and manage flow of content to ensure complementary activity across sometimes competing priorities
- Make informed decisions regarding social media activity based on thorough and researched understanding of which communities are relevant to target audiences candidates clients prospects industry communities
- Integrate social media approaches with wider marketing and communication initiatives ensuring all campaigns and activity are on brand and driving maximum engagement
- Understand all aspects of organic social media and maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to social media and actively champions new ideas and initiatives
- Measure impact and performance of social media activity and revise plans accordingly sharing feedback and data from social media with key stakeholders
- Maintain visibility of conversations across all social media channels liaising with key stakeholders in the business to recommend and implement appropriate reaction
