INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)
Our client an established international organization with a hub in WNY is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This position is open due to a promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients/customers throughout the entire sales process
- Act as an owner of the product lines offered possessing the ability to explain each in full detail
- Regularly contact clients and potential clients in territory to pitch new/existing products
- Develop and maintain relationships throughout territory creating opportunities to reach goals/targets
- Create unique sales approaches to target new customers and expand territory
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to efficiently target the market and eliminate repeated efforts
- Update and maintain computer system to accurately record and track sales customer records and monitor goals
- Work within Salesforce to generate call lists and review interactions with customers
- Utilize both phone and email to maintain relationships and correspond with clients in a timely manner
- Respond to all customer inquiries/issues in a timely manner providing solutions to complex problems
- Audit current processes and provide suggestions for improvement in order to drive sales for the company
- Work well independently as well as part of a team
- Maneuver from one project to another with ease
- Other duties as assigned
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days inoffice 2 days WFH
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday 10:00am7:00pm EST preferably; ok with 9:00am6:00pm EST
- $55000 $60000 base annual salary with Monthly Incentives and Annual Bonus Potential based on global company performance

- 2 years Inside/Outside Sales experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Some travel required (probably no more the 4 times per year) to trade shows and customers
- Manage West Coast Territory
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask/prioritize obligations
- Strong computer skills
