Job Description:
A leading facility maintenance company is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join the team in Bahrain/UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales within the facility maintenance industry with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. This role requires someone with a proven track record in sales an extensive client database deep understanding of the local market and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the facility maintenance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients utilizing an established client database.
- Present and promote facility maintenance services to corporate clients demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure successful partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and highquality service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of corporate sales experience in the facility maintenance industry.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client database within the facility maintenance sector.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies in facility maintenance.
- Engineering or FM experience is prefered.
