Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead PHP Developer with expertise in the Laravel framework and a strong background in MVC architecture. As a Lead PHP Developer you will be responsible for leading a team of developers designing and developing robust and scalable web applications and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and implementation of web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
Architect and implement scalable and secure applications using MVC architecture.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features.
Mentor and guide junior developers ensuring adherence to best coding practices and standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve development practices.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a PHP Developer with 6 years of handson development.
Strong proficiency in Laravel and MVC architecture.
Indepth knowledge of PHP MySQL JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a development team.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
