Job Description
Understand the Insurance business end to end
Analyze and input data into systems / databases
Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
Issue policies / invoices on behalf of the client
Reconciliations
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduates / Post Graduates (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Commerce / BBA)
03 years of P &C Insurance experience.
Good written & verbal communication
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organization s values
Analyzes and synthesizes information / Makes decisions based on policies
Keeps the team informed on work activities
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organization s values
Assumes responsibility and displays dedication to meet/exceed the expectations and requirements of customers
Participates as team member
Assumes personal responsibility and follows up to meet commitments to others
