Role & Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Focus on acquiring customers through Twitter Telegram TikTok and other active platforms in the web3 ecosystem.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for each platform including tweets posts videos and multimedia formats.
  • Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends tools and best practices in social media and customer acquisition particularly within the web3 and crypto industry.
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our message and expand reach.
  • Continuously optimise the customer acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Ideal Candidate
  • 4 years of experience in customer acquisition marketing or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM software and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in Web3 blockchain smart contracts DeFi NFTs and dApp development.
