Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted headhunting strategies to attract highcaliber candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach networking and relationshipbuilding.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee development and retention.
- Support performance management onboarding and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Use insights from market trends and analytics to refine talent acquisition strategies and enhance employer branding.
- Stay updated with industry trends to improve recruitment practices and HR processes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment ideally within the fintech or related industry.
- Exceptional networking abilities advanced candidate sourcing expertise and a track record of delivering highquality hires.
- Native in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationshipbuilding capabilities with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
- Thrive in a fastmoving and multicultural environment.
- BA Degree Degree in HR Business Administration or a related field is preferred with HR certifications considered an advantage.
