Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of team management
o Mentor/train junior staff
o Assist with professional development
o Manage staff workload
o Set priorities
o Manage team resources
o Manage team financial management
- Project management duties (project planning scoping budgeting contracting design and QA/QC)
- Work on various municipal project types/sizes
- Develop strategic initiatives/business strategies
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Some travel required
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or a similar field
- 5 years of civil engineering/consulting experience
- 2 years of civil engineering project management experience
- PE License preferred
- Previous experience managing/mentoring a team
Salary is commensurate with experience.
