Job Description

Job Title: Partner Client Relations / Senior Partner Client Relations

Role Overview:
The primary responsibility is to acquire and engage with institutional clients including corporates SMEs banks and other financial institutions. The role involves managing client portfolios providing market and product updates and making informed recommendations to clients.

Job Context & Major Challenges:
The wealth management division focuses on delivering researchbacked financial advisory services to clients primarily in the HNI segment. The product offerings include mutual funds life insurance bonds structured products real estate advisory company fixed deposits and equity commodity broking services.

As a Partner Client Relations / Senior Partner Client Relations professional your key duties will include identifying and acquiring institutional clients managing overall client relationships and providing treasury solutions. You will also sell various investment products and generate leads for SME lending. Major challenges include conversion time maintaining a high turnaround time (TAT) staying updated on market trends and meeting customer service standards.

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition Retention and Growth:

    • Identify and acquire new customers.
    • Execute monthly sales plans and maintain regular contact with clients.
    • Utilize referral networks and other channels for sourcing new customers.
  2. Client Engagement and Penetration:

    • Ensure complete client penetration for business sourced and increase share of wallet and revenues.
    • Conduct joint calls with the research team for portfolio reviews.
  3. Achieving Profitability and Fee Income:

    • Maintain sales volumes and achieve targeted revenue from all clients and products.
    • Share regular market updates and provide suitable investment solutions.
    • Engage in crossselling initiatives to meet fee income targets.
  4. Customer Satisfaction Initiatives:

    • Follow ethical practices in selling products.
    • Ensure client promises are kept and grievances are addressed promptly.
    • Stay informed of the latest developments and communicate upcoming client requirements.
  5. Policy Adherence and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all critical policies and procedures.
    • Monitor client profiles and ensure thorough documentation related to proposals and KYC procedures.
  6. Coordination and Reporting:

    • Coordinate with market intermediaries for smooth transactions.
    • Prepare periodic MIS and track competitor activities.
    • Submit detailed activity and sales reports to the team lead.
  7. Skill Enhancement:

    • Participate in selfdevelopment activities including training programs and certifications to enhance skills in financial sales services.
