Reception Manager Aftersales Department
Location: Crawley
Salary: Between 35000 and 45000 plus company car
Full Time and Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high performance standards within the parts and service teams through effective coaching and performance management.
- Recruit and select team members in alignment with organisational needs.
- Uphold customer service standards ensuring adherence to customer satisfaction indicators.
- Ensure adequate resources are available to meet servicing requirements regularly reviewing key operating controls.
- Oversee stock control and warehouse management ensuring compliance with manufacturer and business operating requirements.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Monitor customer needs and competitor activity ensuring relevant and effective marketing efforts.
- Ensure all service processes meet brand standards and are consistently implemented.
- Foster interdepartmental communication to develop business and team ethos.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
