The Role:
We are hiring for Customer Support and Helpdesk roles with opportunities for growth into Customer Success. You will provide toptier support to clients resolve queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Troubleshoot technical and nontechnical issues.
Assist clients with onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve processes.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
