What youll be doing

Are you a dynamic people leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service We have an exciting fulltime opportunity for you to step into the role of Assistant Manager based in our Abingdon office.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager youll lead a dedicated team of schedulers driving the coordination of fire and security system maintenance repairs and emergency callouts. In this fastpaced environment youll have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Who you are
We are seeking an ideal candidate who is an experienced people leader and passionate advocate for performance management preferably within the fire and security service industry or similar.

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A track record of successfully managing teams in a fastpaced environment demonstrating the ability to inspire and engage team members to reach their full potential.
  • Expertise in Performance Management: Strong background in setting clear performance expectations conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback that drives individual and team growth.
  • Motivational Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate and empower team members fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You understand how to recognise and celebrate achievements while guiding individuals through challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and rapport with team members enabling open dialogue and collaboration.
  • ResultsDriven Mindset: A focus on achieving tangible outcomes for both the team and the customers demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
