Job Description

Respond to instructions to undertake specific tasks and routine tests on the network/systems ensuring that appropriate procedures are correctly adhered to.
Report all issues/variances with planned work ensuring any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep up to date with procedural changes in order to maintain knowledge levels required to do the operations/ maintenance job of associated network systems.
Follow-up and monitor the MNS service providers to repair faults and resolve the network degradation / complaints as per the stipulated SLA.
