Job Description

Ensure there are proper accounting procedures in place with sufficient valid supporting information, all of which comply with local government requirements and which are correctly filed and stored
Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the management/lease agreements and associated legal documents. Keep and safeguard all contracts, leases, insurance policies and all legal and financial documents and maintains a suitable “trace” system to ensure that there is sufficient time to consider and renew all contracts
