Job Description
As the General Manager you will have overall responsibility for the operations profitability You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth overseeing the daytoday operations of the company and managing a team of senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the company and ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities building partnerships and expanding the companys presence in the market.
Lead and manage a team of senior executives providing guidance mentorship and support.
Monitor financial performance and ensure the companys profitability and sustainability.
Represent the company in key business meetings conferences and events.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients investors and government entities.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role preferably in a conglomerate or similar industry.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Indepth knowledge of the Saudi market and business landscape.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
