Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking an Operations Specialist & Customer Service (PartTime) for our Sales branch in Stockholm (Sweden).
You will report directly to the branchs Sales Manager and collaborate with different departments from the Headquarters.
Tasks
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:
- Deal with customers directly by phone and email.
- Carry out sales quotes manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers inbound and outbound shipments delivery times prices problems and so on.
- Manage outstanding customer invoices chase the payment and control other administrative and financial issues.
- Manage the internal ERP (SAP).
- Support the external sales staff.
- Other operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Willingness to work in a parttime position.
- Business and/or Engineering Chemical or Science background is preferred.
- Experience in operational tasks and customer service.
- Experience with ERP and MSOffice systems is preferred.
- Minimum B2 English level and Swedish speaker while other Nordic languages.
- Willingness to work in an onsite position and small teams.
