model of accessible higher education with no upfront costs where the school
invests in the students instead of the other way around. We are rethinking learning so
that we can address the needs of both students and employers in tandem. Masai
school offers intensive & immersive courses that impart the technical skills and soft
skills they need to launch a new tech career. We offer both fulltime and parttime
courses to our students.
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager with a proven track record of positioning
tech solutions to IT companies to join the BD & partnerships team to expand our
hiring partner network across our course offerings.
What is expected of you
- Prospect Identification: Identify and target colleges and universities that are potential partners for specialization programs based on their academic strengths market demand and strategic alignment.
- Partnership Development: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements outlining program details timelines financial arrangements and performance metrics.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with college partners by serving as the primary point of contact addressing concerns and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market demand to identify new opportunities and adjust program offerings accordingly.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets by successfully launching and scaling specialization programs leveraging the colleges brand and network.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct indepth consultations with college representatives to understand their specific academic requirements student demographics and market positioning.
- Program Customization: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor specialization programs that align with the colleges goals curriculum and industry trends ensuring the programs meet academic quality standards.
What you will need to bring
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proven track record in B2B sales business development or partnership management preferably in the education sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
