Vendor Services: Your Role in Streamlining Success

Be part of our client s team as a Vendor Services Administrator! You ll help manage vendor services with a focus on project and time management collaborate with internal teams and contribute to enhancing client satisfaction. This role is perfect for detailoriented individuals who enjoy multitasking problemsolving and delivering superior customer service.


Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Shifting schedule (8pm 5am MYT for the first 8 weeks; flexible between 6pm 10am MYT afterward)
Work setup: Remote Kuala Lumpur


Optimizing Vendor Relations: What You ll Do

  • Participate in assisting team members with tasks to meet client goals.
  • Maintain efficiency while multitasking and handling multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with the team and provide trustworthy timely support.
  • Be receptive to feedback and eager to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal analytical attention to detail and followup skills.
  • Communicate product offerings and functionalities effectively through both verbal and written communication.
  • Deliver superior customer service by reacting quickly and professionally to resolve customer issues.
  • Remain calm and focused in a fastpaced team environment managing special projects without compromising other responsibilities.
  • Stay highly responsive to calls and emails using available tools to track and manage priorities.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of products services and systems and proactively recommend best practices to clients.

Requirements

Consulting Essentials: Skills That Matter

  • Advanced skills in gathering and organizing documents and reports to manage special projects while providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to learn quickly ask questions and incorporate constructive feedback from trainers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Ability to work at a computer for 8 hours a day.

Prior Experience:

  • Preferred experience in customer support.
  • Experience in a growthoriented environment with a strong preference for experience in a company providing business services to other businesses.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
