Job Description
- In conjunction with NEOM People Team, lead strategic planning of organizational design, performance, engagement, learning and development
- With support from NEOM People Team, oversee the implementation of strategies and tools to support talent processes such as succession planning and talent management which will drive high performance and engagement to positively impact key business metrics
- Be a point of escalation for NEOM HR issues within Oxagon
- Be responsible for the implementation of NEOM and Oxagon’s people policies and procedures
