Provide support for marketing and events coordination.
Assist in preparing pricelists and quotations for customers reviewing terms for sales contracts and purchase orders such as stock availability etc.
Follow up with customers and ensure full payment is received.
Assist in application and renewal of regulatory authorities licenses whenever required.
Ensure proper record filing/documentation and accurate inventory movements.
Preparation of monthly management reports.
Manage office operations and procedures ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office functioning.
Oversee administrative clerical tasks such as filing data entry and document management.
Coordinate internal and external communications ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Assist in organizing company events meetings and conferences as required.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
25 year of working experience and has the relevant experience in the following area such as: Sales support/Sales admin/Administrator/operations/inventory control
Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
An organized meticulous and disciplined person with a good eye for details
Able to work in teams as well as independently.
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word excel and PowerPoint)
