Tasks
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support in Polish by email and Live chats
- Processing with great attention to details and content
- Identifying clients needs and proactively proposing solutions
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Polish both written and spoken
- A proactive person with good support/sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage
