Job Description

Overview:

The Performance Marketing role is crucial to our organization as it focuses on optimizing our digital marketing efforts to drive qualified traffic and generate measurable results. The role plays a significant part in shaping our online presence and delivering on key business objectives by leveraging datadriven strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performancedriven digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics including ROI CTR and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize landing pages and website for conversions.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts to increase organic and paid traffic.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop impactful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to identify audience segments and target them effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance performance marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and scale marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure and attribute marketing performance accurately.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing PPC SEM and SEO campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to interpret and present data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and websites for conversion.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Google Ads etc.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a datadriven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and delivering strong ROI.
  • Uptodate with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads Google Analytics or relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
