- Curriculum Development: Design and implement educational programs and curricula for preprimary students.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise and support teachers and assistants ensuring they follow the curriculum and maintain high teaching standards.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child s development and any concerns.
- Administrative Duties: Manage records prepare reports and ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree: Typically in Early Childhood Education Educational Planning or a related field.
- Master s Degree: Often preferred especially in Special Education or Educational Leadership.
- Experience : Prior experience as an early childhood educator and in a supervisory role is highly beneficial
