About the client
Our client is located in Gurugram is an upcoming D2C hair care brand that creates fully clean highperforming products that are intentionally formulated for Indian hair types weather and habits.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L and lead growth for marketplaces
- Lead the marketplace team across KAMs growth ads and operations
- Develop and execute growth strategies specific to each marketplace to drive traffic sales and AOV including ad campaigns promotions special offers and organic growth hacks
- Optimize assortment pricing content and quality of listings for maximum organic visibility and conversion
- Monitor marketplace performance analyze key metrics and prepare reports and
- dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Regularly analyze sales data customer feedback competitor data and market trends to make datadriven decisions and recommendations
- Hold relationships with key counterparts at marketplaces
- Work with the operations team on demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at all times
Qualification and Experience:
- 57 years of experience in ecommerce management with a focus on online marketplaces like Amazon and Nykaa
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms tools and analytics
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in ecommerce marketing and growth strategies
- Bachelors degree from a reputed institution
- Familiarity with FMCG category (preferred)
