Responsibilities
Conduct endtoend recruitment activities including sourcing screening interviewing and
onboarding candidates for various positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals with a focus on bulk
hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on
recruitment best practices.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee
referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and uptodate
candidate information.
Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events career fairs and other recruitment
activities to attract top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and external recruitment
partners.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics including timetofill sourcing
effectiveness and candidate feedback.
Stay current on industry trends recruitment best practices and legal requirements to ensure
compliance with relevant regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the
recruitment process.
Qualifications
Good oral & written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Good handson knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel Word Power Point etc.).
Good command of mail writing.
Flexible for extensive travels as per business needs.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination/ conducting campus drives/campus
hiring (Most Preferred/ Not Compulsory).
