Location: Various locations across North Carolina.
As an Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer you will advise clients on protecting their intellectual property including patents trademarks copyrights and trade secrets. You will manage IP portfolios handle IP disputes and work on transactions involving intellectual property assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the protection management and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Draft and file patents trademarks and copyright applications.
- Conduct IP due diligence for mergers acquisitions and other transactions.
- Represent clients in IP litigation and dispute resolution.
- Develop and implement IP strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
- 3 years of experience in intellectual property law.
- Strong understanding of patent trademark and copyright law.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
